Directing this GameBreaker Lacrosse Camp is Babson College Head Coach Michelle Smith.
A graduate of Trinity College, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in 2008 and her Master’s in 2011, Michelle was a three-time, All-NESCAC player and selected as the 2007 Division III Goalie of the year when she set a school record as all-time leader in saves. A first team All-American, she was also a captain in her senior season and twice voted team MVP.
Smith began her coaching career with a one-year stint as an assistant for the women's lacrosse program at Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She then returned to her alma mater in 2009, where she has served as the assistant women's lacrosse and field hockey coach for the last two years, helping lead the Bantams to a NCAA elite eight appearance in 2010.
In addition to collegiate coaching, Smith has been highly involved in a number of GameBreaker lacrosse camps and clubs throughout the northeast and has also coached the Nor'Easters Club Team in Hamden, Connecticut since the fall of 2010.
Michelle is very excited to be returning for another great summer of lacrosse!
