Anthony Kelly Volunteer Coach at Ohio State University will be directing this GameBreaker Lacrosse Camp. 2009 MLL All Star he is a current member of the Chicago Machine and former member of the New York Titans. Kelly is a 2004 graduate of Ohio State University, where he was a four-year starter for the Buckeyes before graduating with a degree in physical education.
At OSU, Kelly led the team in groundballs all four years while guiding the Buckeyes toa 2003 GWLL Championship and their first ever NCAA appearance, as a senior captain in 2003. He was a preseason All-America selection in 2002 and finished all four years ranked among the national leaders in face-off winning percentage.
Kelly was drafted by the Los Angeles Riptide of Major League Lacrosse in the 2005 supplemental draft. In 2006 he was named by US Lacrosse Magazine as L.A.’s Newcomer of the Year. Still a member of the Riptide, Kelly played for the 2007 Western Conference Champions in the MLL World Championship game, where they were runners-up. In 2008, Kelly was a MLL All Star, Captain of the LA Riptide, and won the fastest shot competition at the All Star Game with the World Record speed of 109 m.p.h. Kelly is currently a member of the US National Indoor Lacrosse Team along with Team STX.
