Cornell University Head Coach Jeff Tambroni will return as the Director for this GameBreaker Lacrosse Camp. The 2009 USILA Coach of the Year, Jeff finished the year ranked fourth among active Division I coaches in winning percentage (.740).  He led the Big Red to the NCAA Championship game against Syracuse, his second trip to the Final Four in three years.

During his head-coaching tenure, Cornell players have earned 31 first-team All-Ivy honors, including four Ivy League Player of the Year awards. He has also helped his players to earn a combined 34 All-America honors and coached last season’s Tewaaraton Trophy winner.

As a player, Jeff was a three-time All-American at Hobart College. He led his team to a Division III National Championship while being named Finals MVP.  He finished his career ranked 7th on the school’s all-time scoring list.

Cornell Assistant Coach Kyle Georgalas will be the Camp Assistant Director.  Coach Georgalas started his coaching career at his alma mater in 2005 after finishing a great career as a defender for Cornell.  He was a two-time team captain and led a defense ranked among the nation’s elite.  He collected 37 ground balls as a senior and was selected to play in the North-South Classic.  Upon graduation he was drafted by the MLL’s New Jersey Pride but chose to return to Cornell as a coach.

Cornell varsity players and top local high school coaches will round out this exceptional staff.
