Jack Crawford is the Head Lacrosse Coach at Loyola-Blakefield, one of the most successful prep lacrosse programs in the country. In the past few years many of Coach Crawford’s players have gone on to play at Division I lacrosse schools, including; University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and University of Virginia. He came to Loyola-Blakefield from The Thacher School in California and before that he spent 11 seasons as an Assistant Coach at the Landon School in Maryland. While at the Landon School, he helped develop the program into one of the best in the country, culminating in a #1 national ranking in 1999. During his time there, he coached over 45 players who went on to play NCAA Division I lacrosse.
Coach Crawford also had a very successful playing career at Johns Hopkins University. He was a team captain and played midfield on three NCAA National Championship teams. He has been coaching high school lacrosse for 19 years, and also directing camps for 15 years.
