Gary Gait will direct this GameBreaker Lacrosse Camp. Gait has been one of the most respected names in lacrosse for over 20 years. Considered by many to be the best player of all-time, he has enjoyed success at every level. After a standout career at Syracuse where led the Orangemen to three NCAA Championships, he played for the Canadian National Team, won eight MVP awards in the NLL, and was the player/coach of the Baltimore Bayhawks in the MLL leading them to the League Championship. He then coached the Colorado Mammoth to a title in the NLL, while playing on Canada ’s victorious squad in the 2006 World Lacrosse Championships. He has returned to his alma mater to be the Head Coach of the Syracuse women’s team. Gary was also the Assistant Head Coach of the women’s team at the University of Maryland for seven seasons, where he has played a major role in the Terps’ string of seven consecutive NCAA Championships. In 2005, he was elected to the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Gary is very excited to direct this Oregon summer lacrosse camp.
