Returning for her second year as Director for GameBreaker's The Hill School camp is Julie Smith, Assistant Coach for Lock Haven University (PA). Julie is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University where she was a three-year letter winner on the lacrosse team. She started her career playing defense before converting to goalie her junior year. Julie became one of the top goalies in the country, as she was ranked 7th in Division II for save percentage (.528) and earned Second Team All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Honors. She also had the second highest single game save total in the country with 20. Her senior year brought on even more accolades as she was third in the nation for save percentage (.563) and recorded the most saves in the country for a single game with 29. On 8 separate occasions she stopped at least 20 shots during her final year and was named to the First Team All-PSAC. Due to her stellar play Julie was invited to partake in the International Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association Farewell Festival. She looks forward to working with the next generation of lacrosse players.
