This camp will be directed by former Yale University Assistant Coach Clarissa Clarke. A former Yale standout as a player and coach, Clarissa prides herself on providing a fun camp experience for all campers regardless of age or ability, and hiring some of the best college players and coaches in the game.  She is currently volunteering at Wesleyan University and Fairfield University.

Clarissa played collegiately for Yale, where she was the Team Captain and a Regional All-American. During her career there, Clarissa helped lead the squad to the NCAA Tournament. She also earned second team All-Ivy honors and ended her career fifth on Yale's career goals scored list with 114 goals. Clarissa's experience and infectious enthusiasm for teaching lacrosse makes her a great camp director.

Clarissa is also a Co-Director of a club lacrosse program in Connecticut, Nor'easter Lacrosse.  Nor'easter Lacrosse is in its third season, and throughout the last three years the program has helped develop players year round, giving them an opportunity to be seen and recruited by college lacrosse coaches.

Co-Directing this Salve Regina camp is goalie specific coach, Laura Field, Assistant Coach at Fairfield University.  Laura is in her first season as an assistant coach with the Fairfield women's lacrosse program after spending eight seasons at Yale University.

Field, spent the last eight seasons with the Bulldogs, as the program recorded 90 wins in that time.  In 2008, serving as interim head coach, Field led Yale to an 11-5 record, and a final national ranking of 16th.  Over her seven seasons as an assistant coach, Field helped the program to final national ranking in the top-20 in six seasons, including a seventh place ranking following the 2003 season.  That year, Yale posted a 13-3 mark and captured the Ivy League title, advancing to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament.

NCAA Tournament experience is nothing new to Field, who earned four varsity letters as a member of the Princeton University lacrosse program.  As the starting goalkeeper for the Tigers, Field led the squad to the 2000 National Title game, a berth in the quarterfinals in 1999, and a tournament appearance in 1998.  Field was named First Team All-Ivy in 1997 and was selected to the North-South Senior All-Star game in 2000.
