Fred Wilmot, Head Coach of the University of Washington lacrosse team, will direct this GameBreaker Lacrosse Camp. Fred is a former DI defensemen from Navy who moved out to Seattle to help grow lacrosse in the northwest. In addition to formerly being the Head Coach at Seattle Prep, Fred also serves as the director of the Northwest Starz lacrosse program. He was a founding member of the Crease Monkeys lacrosse club and is currently the director of Walax, the source for all things lacrosse in the northwest. Fred has played in tournaments around the world, and enjoys teaching, coaching and interacting with young players of all ages. Fred is very excited to direct this Washington summer lacrosse camp.
